Twenty two village libraries have been set up in the region of Dogon Doutchi thanks to a partnership of Tarbiyya Tatali and “Aide et Action“.

Trunks of books in villages

This action completes the project “one school book per pupil per subject “ which has allowed introducing one book per family for
the first time. It also complements our activities on tales, with the objective to create a link between local culture and school learning. Trunks full of books are deposited in the villages. These French or Haoussa books are mostly novels, tales,, dictionaries, and technical documentation.

Many books have been donated by Adiflor.
